At Seattle Helpdesk our mission through our Seminars is simple;

"To create a world full of informed computer users, where each individual understands what to be aware of while using their computer systems, on or off the internet. We want to make each individual's computer-using experience fun, productive and educational rather then fearful and frustrating because of the unknowns surrounding computer use."

"It is only when a person understands the unknown that the fear of it is eliminated."

In our Seminars you will find an ever changing world. We accommodate for every individual in the room. You are in a safe environment where; "the only dumb question is the unasked one!"

You benefit from the group setting. You may never address questions that others would. The unknown is revealed by those in attendance. If Seattle Helpdesk Inc. can't answer a question we will find the answer together. We learn anew every day in every way. That is what is so fascinating about computers, you never really know all there is to know because it is ever changing! New things appear every moment.

Once you've attended one of the Seattle Helpdesk Seminars if you still feel that you just don't have the time or the confidence to take on the problems your computer may be having alone. Seattle Helpdesk Inc. also offers on-site support and/or training.
